Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has arrived in Islamabad on Wednesday on a two days official visit to Pakistan

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has arrived in Islamabad on Wednesday on a two days official visit to Pakistan. The Turkish President is accompanied by delegate of his ministers, advisors and business personalities.

During his visit, the Turkish president will address the joint-session of the Parliament as one-day visit to Lahore is also on the cards for him.

The Turkish President will meet his counter-part Mamnoon Hussain and also the Prime Minister during his visit. Recep Tayyip Erdogan will discuss Pak-Turk relations, regional and world scenarios and other maters during these meetings.

After the address at joint-session of the parliament, the Turkish president will be attending to a luncheon hosted by President of Pakistan, Mamnoon Hussain.

In addition to this, Chief Minister (CM) of Punjab will also arrange a banquet for respectable guests at Lahore Fort.

Foreign Office stated that the Turkish president’s visit is to further strengthen the cordial relationships that the two countries share and that Turkey has always supported Pakistan over issues like Kashmir and other strategic matters.
